abstract={LCP Delta have conducted this study to understand how network constraints in Great Britain are expected to evolve over the 2026--2035 period, and to evaluate the potential impact of measures introduced under Reformed National Pricing (RNP) in reducing these constraints and their associated costs. The study has been completed ahead of the forthcoming RNP Delivery Plan, which the government is due to publish shortly.},
