This looks at what we could do to 'smarten up' heating circa 2012, for UK homes. Also for small premises such as community centres, small retailers, schools etc, including: * Some background information on what really good heating controls are out there. And what research has been done to determine actual performance. * Sketches of some better/smarter heating controls that might be piloted.
