 1) Provide standard filtering step as per preliminary test run.

 2a) Allow for manual categorisation into setback active/off/other.

 2b) Delect setback active/off/other from logs.

 3a) Segment data into active/off/other and do efficacy computation.
    This regex will pick out logs days with a setback: "tS\|C":[1-9]

 4) Write-up
    Includes traceability worked examples for HDD and for 16WW metering.
