  * What sensors does anyone want and why?

  * Balancing?  Measure flow and return?
    Maybe balance from centre by how fast rooms heat up.
    Warning that some rooms will never heat enough.
    Adjust flow temp with low outside temp and/or high demand eg over OpenTherm.
    Optimising condensing boiler operation (eg low return temps best).

  * Android/Nook heating controller front-end.

  * Deal with high-end domestic versions as with commercial, as revenue +ve.

  * Always defer more complex decisions / predictions to central hub.
