Bruno is expecting to cover a couple of pieces of work in the concentrator
for Launchpad:

 1) Better data structures to get data into the EnergyDeck platform.

 2) Better interop with OEM; possibly by way of an MQTT sender.

    2a) It would be good to have a secure version of the MQTT feed
       to extend the secure data chain into and through OEM.
       This will be a simple proof-of-concept implementation.

    2b) The OEM hub may need semantically upgrading to cope with
       more complex data models such as not all data points available
       all the time.  This won't happen during Launchpad.

Damon has a short-term requirement to support two serial feeds into the
concentrator to be able to listen to different (secure/non-secure) radio
channels, but he may deal with that himself, eg as Bruno suggests
by running up a separate concentrator instance.
