Bus Shelter Install Notes

Refresh of GSM and LoRa module batteries, install of new LoRa modules.

Installation crew: Damon HD & Deniz E.

Sensors:

 1) b5ac LoRa (node 20) REV14
 8) 8aad GSM node
 9) e0dd GSM node
10) b9f9 LoRa REV14

Observations during install:

  * Both GSM (EE) and LoRa networks were having difficulties during the day,
    including TTN down totally part of the time.

  * (10) removed unit to repair battery connection.

  * (1) Only TXs (though ~80% reliability) near base station
      on Great Eastern St, including along walk past several shelters.
      
      Tried adaptive and non-adaptive data rate.

  * (1) installed in seat void but heard no frames.

  * (9) replaced battery.

  * (8) removed unit to replace battery.
