Top level goals
* Make it possible to deploy, manage, fault manage, replace, etc. devices that are placed into the field (indoor or outdoor);
* Provide analytics, useful results and visualisations on data that has been retrieved indoor and outdoor, including deployment meta-data;
* Identify optimum combinations of sensors and algorithms for indoor and outdoor scenarios;
* Modular / pluggable hardware;
* Simple standardised data formats from leaves to data platforms and onwards;
* Dissemination of results.
Process
* 1 formal meeting each month;
* 1 reporting meeting with MO each quarter;
* Monthly tasks: review risk register, high level project progress, milestones, process review, high level financials
Private vs Public
* OpenTRV Launchpad work and data is by default public
* Would be good to promptly publish public stuff so that it does not get lost / forgotten / buried
* Use approach like school governors’ meetings; all public with some items declared confidential
